I highly recommend him if you need a vehicle he will work over time to make sure you like your vehicle and that you get the best experience and leave happy with your choice. Just bought my first car 2022 Tesla Model 3. The team was very knowledgeable and very communicative throughout the entire process. Very transparent about pricing and how they were able to get me a great deal! Highly recommend them for their honesty and communication.

My car took a crap on me so I needed a new one. I didn't think I would qualify for a new car so I was looking at used cars. Martin was my guy. He went above and beyond for me. I left with a brand new 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander 4wd. My very first brand new vehicle. I couldn't of asked for a better person to help me. No hidden fees, very transparent with EVERYTHING. My credit isn't the best and didn't have much to put down. Martin made sure he stuck too what he said and got me in my dream suv. He's the best guy for the job. I was very comfortable during the whole process. If I ever buy another vehicle or my friends and family need a vehicle I will definitely be going to St. Pete Mitsubishi and asking for Martin. My husband and i came in on Saturday on the radio ad . We had an appointment set with Cleon and he greeted us at the door with a big smile , it was hetic and packed inside but he got us sitting down and started... fast foward couple minutes later they told us we werent approved as we are walking out the door Mally stopped us told us sit back down we have something !!! My technician was taco, Mobile Service technician that did an excellent job. He has come out before and performed other services, he’s very thorough and polite. Jocelyn is my service Coordinator. Always able to fit me in providing quick fast and efficient Service . Great experience, I will use them again

Nathan the tech that worked on my truck did an awesome job! He was very friendly and helpful when explaining what he did and what I needed.

Overall my experience was a lot better than some of the other dealerships they have been at. Cam was amazing and address all of my concerns and questions with a smile and with information that put me at ease. I'm never there for long and if they need my vehicle for more than a couple of hours I'm offered a courtesy vehicle so I can continue doing what I need to do for the day. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this dealership and I will be returning with anything else that may arise in the future.

This is my preferred location within a very large radius. This team is extremely professional and communicate very thoroughly. This is the second time I've bought a vehicle through Bill Jarrett. I was very satisfied the first time I came through as well. I came in with a Pre-approval from my bank. My Salesman, Henry was knowledgeable in the vehicles and was extremely helpful in getting me towards the right fit for me. The manager D worked to help me get an excellent deal on my loan by calling the bank back after the interest rate wasn't quite matching up with my pre-approval. This ended in me getting a much lower interest rate than I was even pre-approved for! The whole process was smooth and concise. I would be more than happy to come back through Bill Jarrett in the future for my next vehicle.
